How ARRIS works
Real parts. Measured results.
Aerospace
Lighter than the titanium bracket
A 3D-printed titanium aircraft bracket, 76 g, redesigned as one molded continuous-fiber part, 16 g. Same stiffness.
Drones
Parts on a drone airframe
A complete structure molded as one piece, with arm roots, mounts and bosses already in it.
Production
Parts produced per month
100% of the products we ship are tested before they leave the factory.
What one part can do
Multifunctional performance from engineering, materials and process together
Most high-performance products are assemblies of separate parts and materials, each one a compromise. ARRIS engineers put the right material in the right region of a single molded part, so one part does the whole job.
Most suppliers do one. We do all three at once.
Each one changes the other two. So one team decides all three.

Engineering
We design the part and the fiber inside it together, with our own optimization and simulation software.

Materials
We make our own composite material from fiber and thermoplastic resin, and pick the right combination for each part.

Manufacturing
We mold the part in our own factories in the USA and Taiwan, and test it before it ships.
From concept to production
One team, start to finish. Send the envelope and the loads, or the part you buy today.
Step 1
Requirements
Loads, envelope, weight target, price target, volume and where it must be made.
Step 2
Shape and fiber
Our software shapes the part and lays out the fiber at the same time.
Step 3
Material and process
We pick the fiber level, fiber, resin and molding route for your target.
Step 4
Simulate and tool
Simulation and design-for-manufacturing checks, then molds built for your volume.
Step 5
Production
Molded in the USA or Taiwan, and tested before it ships.
Give us the target. We'll engineer the part.
Tell us what the part has to do. One team designs it, picks the material and molds it.
